Before Your Appointment

      You will receive:

  • Welcome text with a virtual appointment customization form so you can customize your salon experience.  

 

  • Confirmation text 3 days before your appointment and a reminder text 24 hours before your appointment.

During Your Appointment

Candlelight gives a relaxing atmosphere

 

  • We will have an in-depth consultation-talk about your hair goals, look at pictures, and discuss the best options to achieve your goal.   

 

  • During your shampoo-we'll dim the lights, and you'll experience a relaxing scalp massage & hot towel aromatherapy neck massage.

 

  • We'll go over any questions you might have, and schedule your next appointment for a time that works great for you.
