Stylist Positions & Benefits

Available Positions: Part-time (16 hrs) or Full-time (32 hrs)

Experience Required: Ohio Cosmetology License

Apprentice / Assistant Compensation: Hourly + Tips

Stylist Compensation: Commission + Tips (if commission does not meet/exceed hourly rate, hourly rate will be paid)

Vacation Pay: 1 week of average compensation after 1 year

Limited night & weekend hours

Salon Holiday Closures: New Year's Eve & Day, Memorial Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), 4th of July, Labor Day Weekend (Sat-Mon), Thanksgiving Weekend (Thurs-Sun), Winter Break (Dec. 24th-Jan. 1st)

Apprentice Program
-
Timeframe: 6-9 months
-
Program: Training thru one-on-one education, shadowing & working directly with stylist, models in different categories (cutting, coloring, etc), in-person & online education classes

Compensation: Hourly + tips , as experience is gained weekly apprentice shift starts with commission + tips compensation

Cosmetology Training: consultations, shampooing, styling, cutting, color formulation & applications, keratin treatments, extensions, head spa treatments & mini-spa services

Business Training: checking out guests, scheduling appointments, time management, inventory management, guest relations
