Cancellation Policy & Late Arrivals
24 hours notice is required if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, a $25 cancellation fee applies per service cancelled and will be due before a new appointment can be scheduled.
If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may have to rechedule your appointment.

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction with the services & products they receive. Let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will be happy to correct any issues at no charge.
Retail Product Returns
If you are unhappy with a retail purchase, you can return or exchange the item within 30 days of your original purchase date.
Facial Services: Product Reactions & Results
While they are rare, there is a potential risk of having a reaction whenever products are applied to the skin. I am aware of the risk and will make known any allergies, previous reactions to skincare products, medical conditions & recent cosmetic treatments before a facial service is performed. I understand that there are no guaranteed results with skincare. Best results will be obtained by continued treatments, proper at home skincare, and following post treatment instructions.
